Cisco's Configuring the NAS for RADIUS
Cisco's Configuring Timeout, Retransmission, and Key Per Radius Server

You should make sure you have the latest release and be sure to read the Updates fix list.

If you do not have Internet Explorer 3.x or greater or IIS2.x or greater installed with the NTXacsServer service, you may need to download AXDIST.EXE to obtain Microsoft's run-time libraries for internet services.

If you have a question about NTXacs, we have several moderated newsgroups that may already have the answer you need, or you can reach support via email (we answer promptly, really, we do!).

Registered users can reach us at the support number provided on your registration form. Please have your license number available. The support office hours are from 10am to 6pm CST.  We are not a huge, nameless corporation, so if you get voicemail be sure to leave a message (we can't help you if you don't!).
